NET CASING LITE
NETCASING LITE is a highly permeable polyamide sausage casing with glued non-elastic net; provides traditional taste of smoking and attractive “handmade” appearance of the product; at the same time the casing is very technological and efficient.
The smoke permeability of the casing allows frying and smoking, which gives the products pleasant traditional taste and smoke aroma, contributes to formation of a coagulated protein crust and a glossy surface of the product under the casing.
The high elasticity of the casing along with the inelastic net provides the product with the attractive relief surface and appearance of the premium product. At the same time, the price of the casing is significantly lower than the price of its analogues.

|High heat resistance||Extended temperature range of use of this casing in comparison with collagen and viscose-reinforced casings. The casing is resistant not only to high smoking temperature (up to 75-80°C), but also to its prolonged exposure.|

The casing colors: clear, smoked, light smoked.

The casing sizes: 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 80, 85, 90 mm.
